Blackstone Inc. est une société américaine de gestion d’investissements alternatifs basée à New York. Elle a été fondée en 1985 en tant que société de fusions et acquisitions par Peter Peterson et Stephen Schwarzman, qui avaient auparavant travaillé ensemble chez Lehman Brothers.
